Editing Video from Wolverine PRO with NCH Videopad

Hi: I am in process of converting 30 hours of Super 8 legacy movies to 1080p MP4 at 20fps using Wolverine Moviemaker PRO.

I would like to know if VideoPad Editing software can accept MP4 input to sharpen, crop, join and add titles and transitions etc??

What would be best Output format?? I hope to store Masters on External Hard drive . . . . and create edited versions for the family etc either on hard-drive, or individual DVDs.

Would appreciate any input you can offer . . ..

Videopad can perform those operations, and there are many export options. The best result is often obtained by matching the output format to the source format.
