Video export settings, including format, encoder, and rate factor/bit-rate.
Keeping effects to a minimum is good practice.
Simulating your project on a small scale, a seven minute 1024 x 576 AVI was laid out: four stacked tracks, with a single SPLIT SCREEN effect to form the quad...
Horizontal 2; upper left A, zero vertical bias; upper right B, zero bias; lower left A, 1.00 vertical bias; lower right B, 1.00 bias.

Export was at 1024 x 576, using H264 at default quality with one enabled audio track. MPEG4 compressor results were nearly the same.
30fps = 4 minutes, 18 seconds. 15fps = 2 minutes, 15 seconds.
The 7+ minute project was then made one-hour long by duplicating it eight times into Sequence #2. Exporting Seq 2 @ 15fps with the above settings took 16:45.
Extrapolating, had it been 13 hours long, export might have taken roughly 3.5 hours at that resolution, or perhaps 8+ hours at 1280 x 720.
As video editing is resource intensive, gaming-class hardware is often recommended. This machine generally meets that requirement.
13 hours is quite a task for any NLE, much less one running on a home PC. Merely loading a project of that length might prove problematic. Memory issues can arise. Breaking it down into more manageable segments - perhaps each an hour long - is worth considering.
It would be enlightening to compare VP export speed with that of a 64-bit app.
