Can't Export Anything!

ronb

I'm a new user of VideoPad and completed my first video. It's about 4 minutes long. Now, when I try to export it - I can't. No error message, but the export does not complete. I'm using Windows 10 and have plenty of horsepower. What can I do? This is not what I expected!! Thanks,

Miggy

You still testing out the trial version? You can only export a limited number of times (at least to certain formats; I only know it applies to .MP4s for sure).

However, it should be giving a message that you've exceeded your number of exports and need to obtain a license.

No. I purchased the software. I can't export in any format. The closest I came was in AVI format. It took 5 hours to export and the file did not work - could not be opened.

Obviously, something is not kosher.

After downloading the latest version from the VP home page, did you register it? Click the FILE menu|REGISTER and input the info provided when you purchased.

If no joy, please upload and share your project. Here's how. Someone will test it for you.

I thought that would be the case, but wanted to make sure to cover the basics first.

Sorry you're having this issue. I would just do as borate suggests, and I hope you get it resolved.
