No sound after upload to Facebook

Hi everyone, a video I made has sound on my laptop and phones, but when I uploaded it to Facebook there was no sound. I checked the Volume button and it was not X'd out, but I fiddled with it anyway, but no go.

Any idea what happened and how to fix?

Was it in a format that FB accepts, with the correct audio specs? Try another.

Mr. Einstein, You provided a good and easy to follow response above, so I am reaching out to you. I am looking for a audio file format I can use on Fbook. The available extensions in WavePad are, as best as I can tell, are not compatible with Fbook. I have a recording of my testimony before an Alabama Senate Committee I would like to share with the world. Thanks.

This is an audio AND video recording?

Videopad supports several of the above formats. On the export screen, make your choice. For WAVEpad info (audio only) visit that forum.
