Is there a chance that the customer name and phone number would appear in the reports? How to export the report to excel file?

Copper is not designed to place the customer information on the receipt. NCH Software formally takes suggestions or feedback about their products through the form at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/

To save a report as CSV, generate it, then at the top left click "Report > Save as CSV"
