E-MAILING SOUND FILES (Is it possible?)

I need to email sound files I recorded using Express Scribe.

Is there a software or some way to compress it so that they can be made small enough to email?

They are 30-minute, one-hour and two-hour shows I record from the Internet.

Thank you,

FMG
