NCH and sound doesn't work!

Hi,

Debut won't record sound from chrome or mozilla browser windows? It did so in an earlier trial version but now it doesn't work despite opening debut first with administrator privileges. Please help, it's not much good to me without audio and I'd like a refund if this doesn't work...

Just for into - this forum isn't the place to contact Debut Support, it's for fellow users to help each other (if poss!) 🙂

There shouldn't be a problem recording sound from your speakers, regardless of the browser. I wonder if this video will be helpful for you to check your audio settings?
