Using the latest download for trial - and the modem sometimes works - sometimes doesn't - picks up afte 2 rings or picks up after 6 or just doesn't pick up.
In the display screen of what is happening - the call keeps showing "call disconnected" when the modem should be answering the phone.
My system is well up to date and is running all the latest hardware and software.
Thoughts?
