Cannot find fadeout in effects in v 7.14

I have version 7.14 WavePad. I cannot any fade functions under menu Effects or anywhere else. Is it a feature in 7.14? If not can I upgrade to current free?

Right click on the audio wave form, select Effects and use the Fade options.
