SWITCH - Conversion from WMA to MP3

Have home version of Switch and all conversions from WMA to MP3 produce no sound when played and some are huge in size (most over 100MB for an originally 7MB song). What is the issue?

Hello,

Before converting the files to .mp3 I can recommend you to open the Output format Options > Encoder tab > click on Restore Defaults > OK to save the changes. If the issue persists, you may try to reinstall the program using this link http://www.nch.com.au/components/switchsetup.exe

Did both tasks. Neither solved the issue. Files still converting but with no sound and huge file sizes. Windows 10. Need help.

Hello Mandrake70, you may want to check if this issue happens with all the WMA files you try to convert. Also, check if you can convert to other formats successfully and if you wish to get support on this matter you may want to contact NCH Software support.
