The linked file is no good. But what's needed are the project files, so someone can try to dupe what you're seeing.
With the project loaded to the time line, click FILE menu|SAVE AS PORTABLE PROJECT.
Upload ALL the resulting files to Google Drive. If there are many files, zip them first, then upload the zip file.
Make the link public and post it here.
