I have a digital dictation machine which saves its files as .ACT files. I dowloaded SWITCH hoping to use its conversion process to convert these ACT files to either .wma or .mp3,basically i want to listen to these audio files on my laptop. I've successfully converted the .act files to wma files but i get no sound. I saw in the manual that only the switch plus version works with act files,is that true.
