I'm using Windows 10 and Express Scribe 6.06. When I hover the mouse over the line between the notes section and the section where the audio files are loaded, and the cursor turns into a horizontal line with 2 vertical arrows pointing up and down, I press and hold the left click to move that line up and down. When I release the mouse and close the program, when I reopen it the line will be at the exact spot where I left it before closing it.
