Sync error on Qty

i just bought the inventoria but when i use it together with express invoice (which i bought earlier ) keep showing me sync error on qty & the qty in my invoice won't deduct .

anyone knows what's is the error from & how to solve ?

Hi,

Does it happens when using any item? OR just with items that start with letters, for instance "C12345"? please confirm.

Also, make sure you are not getting a stock/quantity error, based on low stock, as this is normal functionality.
