Fixing grainy shots. (Background noise in video)

I have taken a number of indoor shots that came out very grainy. I'd love to show a screenshot of it here but I cannot figure out how to do this. Here's the shot uploaded to Youtube:

In any case, does anyone knows how to fix grainy shots on VideoPad editor? Do I need a plugin or can I do it at all with VideoPad itself?

VideoPad has motion, transformation, blending and color correction effects, but nothing to correct video noise.

By watching the video you posted, make sure to check your camera's quality settings, make sure that there's enough light as low indoors light will cause pixelation, get some extra light directly on what you're filming.
