I'm having this exact problem, only I thought it was just with .mp4 & .m2ts files as that's all my devices produce. I assume you're on 5.01? Which file types are you using, and on Windows or Mac?
My thread is here, but I'd encourage you to continue with this one as I've had no luck getting help from the app makers.
