Non stop recording streaming music

How can I make a nonstop recording for streaming music (like Spotify) now I got more than 1 mp3 file for 1 song. Because every little stop in the streaming I"ve got another file even you don't hear the stop in the streaming

According with what you just have said, Soundtap is stopping the recording automatically? You should be able to stop the recording manually, it should recording continuously. Please confirm, you can also open a support ticket at supportnch@nchsoftware.com so one of our audio techs help you with your issue.

This problem is generalized because the same thing is happening to me and I already communicated with the technical service support but the problem has not been solved, it is really frustrating and I already noticed that several users have the same difficulty
