TommieL After editing a wav file with the wav editor the Bil rate is removed under the file/details and that removed caused the file to no be recognized by our phone system.
TommieL On the file under properties/details/audio the bit rate is missing after saving and then the file won't play, is not recognized, just has a ? when trying to play the file
