katsmith59 Just purchased express scribe pro. Installed fine. Works fine with the welcome file. When I load a DS2 file to transcribe, I get no sound. It plays, but no sound whether I use food pedal or hot key. HELP!

Mary_neuropsych Finally got it working and near the end of file the sound sped up, then no sound at all with any of the loaded files. Please help!
Ann I am also having trouble hearing just one mp3 file. the client sent 13 mp3 files. I can hear the others just fine and can hear the problem one with windows media player but not expresscribe pro. Can you help?
saoirse Client's just sent two files, both in mp3 format. One has loaded into Express Scribe fine but the other one is only audible on Media Player and does not load into Express Scribe. What is going on here?
