Problem converting from cr2 to jpg

I have run the converter and the jpg files have been created. However, the jpg file only displays an enlarged part of the cr2 file.

An ideas as to how I can correct this would be appreciated

If you are referring to Pixillion, the image file converter software. Both file formats are supported, so there could be an issue with the Effects you have used, please check you are not using any, so no change is made to the original file.
