Error Restoring Backup

I use Copper to sell from home and from store. I restore the latest backup from the location I am to sell at next. Suddenly Copper doesn't want to restore backups anymore. I get an error no matter which backup folder I choose. I was able to restore a backup just an hour ago but have been unable to restore the location I need restored, and also unable to restore the location it is currently set at. I haven't had any trouble restoring from a Copper backup several times each day when running reports until now. What happened? How do I fix it?

UPDATE: I don't know what I did but all of a sudden I am able to restore any backup I choose. It could have been that I did yet another backup of the current configuration but changed from network folder to removable drive. With that backup type selected I was then able to restore from the network folder.

UPDATE 2: Scratch that. I busted it again. Can't restore old backups or new backups made while trying to get restore to work.
