Defective recording when eddited

Why if the recording on the pc was not pixelated and HD and was ok, why later of recording on a DVD its pixelated and the sound and the image is defective?

Hello, if the issue happens only after you burn the disc then it maybe that you are selecting an inappropriate speed to burn the disc, or you may be using a disc brand that is not fully compatible with your burning drive. You may want to try a different disc brand and burn it at a speed supported by it.

How do I select other burning speed in VideoPad?I´ve been trying to modify it but I dont find the button to do that.
