Chris75 Does this happen with all the files you try to open in Wavepad, if so then you may want to contact NCH Software support team for further assistance. If the issue only happens to one specific file then it could be that the file is corrupted.
[deleted] Hi Cassidy, What kind of file are you trying to open? Mp3, wav, m4a etc? When you open the file in other players (such as windows media player) do you get the same issue? Regards, Ben
