Depositing to bank account from Undeposited funds

I'm new to Express Accounts --> convert from QuickBooks so I'm still trying to make the transition from QB features to the equivalent in Express. I don't see a simple way to move funds from "undeposited funds" to my checking account. Would this be an account transfer? And what is the most direct way to see my bank account "register".

Yes, that would be an account transfer, the most direct way to do that is by going to the Banking tab > Transfer between accounts > Select the account to transfer from and to transfer to > The amount > date and click on Record.
