I am a new user of IVM. My quetion is: I'd like to create an IVR system. Users call 1 telephone number (maybe mobile number, gsm adapter transfer to IVM) and IVM answers that number. But I need more lines in paralell to achive IVM.
How can I make 1 phone number but more paralell lines for IVM? PBX? What kind of analog or mobile line I need?
