SIP error 403 domain not served here + solution!

Hi,

Need to be able to use it with my provider budgetphone.nl who uses Asterisk and a different adress for the SIP/proxy registrar ( sip.budgetphone.nl) and Domain ( budgetphone.nl) So in order to call someone you have to dial 3120717xxxx@budgetphone.nl not 3120717xxxx@sip.budgetphone.nl

But to register in orde to use their services you have to register at sip.budgetphone.nl with 3120717xxxx@budgetphone.nl

It does not work with IVM A.A. nor Express Talk (error relaying denied) nor with your new PBX because I cannot give a different domain from the address of the SIP/proxy server. So PLEASE put in an extra field for the domain.

Just like SipDiscount.com: (really cheap gateway to PSTN :-)

Username: Your SIP Discount username

Password: Your password

SIP/Proxy registrar: sip.sipdiscount.com

Domain/Realm (optional): sipdiscount.com

STUN server: stun.sipdiscount.com

My provider budgetphone.nl use a branded version of softphone Xten Networks, Inc. and in this log you can see it works because the registration server sip.budgetphone.nl (81.23.228.150:5060) is different from the registration name: 3120717xxxx@budgetphone.nl

While your software tries to register with 3120717xxxx@sip.budgetphone.nl

We tried several times to get an solution form nch, but until now no luck.

Seems to be, that nch just not want to get any customer with an need of support.

Personaly i've givin up IVM, and searching for other Automated attendent software, with some more support on it.

Budgetphone with express talk is working now and somewere next week the new version of IVM will be released ( someone from support told me this )

Dus nog even volhouden !

Can you post your screenshot of IVM settings ?

I'm still getting errors on the settings.
