I record two channel wav files and then burn a cd. Most of the time ExpressScribe works fine, but sometimes Xscribe will not load a file. Duration is given as 00:00. I use the same computers and there is nothing different about the way I record or burn the cds. Any idea on how I could get it to consistently load the files?
