Hi,
A common cause of black screen is lack of OpenGL support. Certain effects and transitions require OpenGL support. Please try update your video card driver see if the issue still exist.
If the problem still exist please tell us more detail:
- VideoPad version
- Windows version
- Your computer spec.
- Which effects/transitions have been used?
- Are you also getting black screen on preview?
