Text to Speech Plugins

Hi,

I downloaded WavePad before and installed the Speech plugins and worked fine.

However my pc crashed and I lost everything...

So I redownloaded WavePad and installed it, then I tried to download the Speech plugins but they won't download.

Has anyone got valid links for these ?

Cheers
