Could you tell us a bit more detail about the project? For example:
- What version of VideoPad you are using?
- How many clips/tracks in the project?
- What effects/transitions have been used?.
Please note that reversing (negative speed change) a clip will slow down exporting a lot. That's because the nature of video compression methods. We still working on solve this issue.
It is also possible that a particular effect/transition slow down the exporting. In this case, please help us identify the bottleneck and we will try our best to fix it.
