Trying to transfer licenses to new computer

I would like to transfer my NCH licenses for Debut and VideoPad to a new PC. How would I go about doing that?

I use the original exe files to install the programs on a new machine and then enter the relevant licence numbers. If NCH thinks you've used the numbers too frequently, it usually gives you an opportunity to reactivate them via a link on their website.
