You guys should make sure the program is using the correct recording device. You should be able to go to Preferences/Options > ¨AUDIO¨ and under the recording section make sure the correct recording device is selected. You also need to make sure the device is set in Mac and Windows as the default input device. You might also want to make sure the program has permission to access the Microphone if you are using internal microphone.
