Hi there... Did you get your Vonage and IVM to work??? I cant get mine to work. It says that I need a server user name and pasword from Vonage to setup the VoIP. I called Vonage and they said they dont give it out. How did you setup yours? Could you tell me how???

First you need to subscribe to the vonage softphone service. Then this will give you an account with a user name and password for use with the sip server entry: sphone.vonage.vopr.net (which is the sip server entry that vonage doesn't like to give out).
This software (IVM 3.04) to this date still has problems with transferring calls using the VoIP section of their software.
If I were you, I wouldn't purchase the software without first confirming that it will actually work in future versions.

I not someone you can call for all your questions with Vonage vs. IVM, however I have had some experiences with it myself, and may be able to assist in some way.
