pamelaw03 I have downloaded a video file w/ an VOB extension and when I press play - it is playing but there is no audio or picture. Anyone have a fix? I have a project that is due and I've tried downloading the video numerous times and reloading to Express Scribe w/ no luck
AltoUSA Hello, Please note that Express Scribe does support audio playback of video files, but does not give you actual video; just audio. This is supported only in the Professional edition so the first thing to do is make sure you are using a licensed version of Express Scribe and not the Free version. AltoUSA
CTgal153 I have professional edition, downloaded 2 MTS files, and now nothing will load. Is there anything I can do to get ExpressScribe to load so I can then delete the first MTS file?
