Can't save mp3 file on computer as mp3

Hi,

I have a client who has uploaded mp3 files on his server. I can download them onto my computer using Internet Explorer and listen to them. However, when I save them to my desktop, they only will save in the QuickTime format without the mp3 extension. :angry: Hence, ExpressScribe won't read or load them. Any suggestions?
