How do i capture the sound from streaming video?

I don't either.

I have tried all the suggestions on the support web site

http://www.nchsoftware.com/capture/support.html

with no success. With some options I get partial sound but it is poor quality.

I have a Toshiba laptop running Win 7.

With some combinations I can get some sound but quality is poor.

I have the same problem! Who knows the solution?

BTW: The help of Debut Video Capture Software isn't helpful!

I have the same problem. I enabled the Stereo Mix and even looped the audio out to the audio in on the back of my computer. Still doesn't work. Have they changed the software, it used to work great to record from the screen.

I'm glad I'm using the free version since I'm having the same problems with audio not recording. Would hate to pay for something that doesn't work and there doesn't seem to be anyone available to help find a solution.

Are we not allowed to monitor the audio as it is recording? I can listen to it in playback mode.

I'd like the solution too - perhaps someone can post it on here - I'm on a mac so a solution for that would be good - don't want to just record the speaker audio
