This is most likely an issue if you have upgraded to iOS 7. You can try a different method of getting the dictation file off your device: either through iTunes or using FTP.
For iTunes, go to the Send tab of preferences, select iTunes at the top, then click the arrow to the right of that option to view the instructions. Then make sure to save your settings and the next time you go to send it will go to iTunes.
