Sarah_Kennedy Using a Receipt printer SII B10, it fits the size correctly but it prints far too long. Now it looks to me like it puts the print on the width of the paper, but still prints the length of a letter size paper. is there any way to correct this ?
apstewart One possibility is to check under Options -> Receipt, and make sure that "Print small size receipts" is checked.
