cortina I can edit video's download from the web with VSO download, and HD video's captured with Debut, but I cannot edit HD videos downloaded with VSO. I get the sound, but not clips appear inthe clip preview window at all. Please help.
[deleted] Hi Perhaps you should try another downloader. I generally use the Basic free version of the YTD program. This will download HD 1080p mpg4 clips from UTube which play and edit OK in VP. http://www.youtubedownloadersite.com/ Nat
cortina Thanks for that. Unfortunately I wanted to download a streaming video, and VSO is ideal for that, the youtube d/l doesn't work on streaming clips. VideoPad is fine with the file if its not HD. It just won't work with HiDef for some reason.
cortina Issue now resolved. I actually edited and saved file using another editor. Then used VideoPad to to the proper editing. It appears that the initial editor managed to get rid of something that vVdeoPad didn't like. Thanks anyway to everyone.
