How can I backup all my data inside the application?

Account / Contact / Lead / To-Do / Event

Select 'Tools -> Backup Data' from top menu (See image below). If the menu is hidden, press 'Alt' key.

This method creates a .CSV file, but it doesn't have any additional data. Does anyone know how to include notes, attachment links etc to the back-up file? I need to format my system and it seems I'll lose notes and attachments in the process...
