rmj to wav convert fails

[deleted]

Using v1.05 (I think latest version). I needed to convert an rmj file that a friend sent me for band practice; but when I tried rmj to wav conversion, Switch said it couldn't do it. This is weird as the rmj file type is listed as possible audio format in Switch.

Tried changing file extension to ra, ram, rm and others but no joy. Am I missing something or does the program balk at this kind of conversion?

Hi,

We do support it, I tested it by creating .rmj files using RealJukebox and then converting those files. It worked perfectly for me. What software made your .rmj files?

Make sure the files are playable on your computer using RealPlayer, if RealPlayer can't play them then Switch can't convert them.
