I need to set up an answering service. There will only be 1 incoming line. The caller will receive automated information and then must have the opportunity to go to a mailbox to receive additional information. Following the information from the second mailbox, the caller must have the opportunity to either go back to the original automated information or to a second mailbox to leave a message. I don't know if IVM is sufficient or if I need Axon and possibly VRS. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
