jfrend If I use another program in windows that is playing sound, that audio plays on top of my on-hold messages and music. Is there any way to fix this, eg to set IMS to over-ride any other audi going to the sound card? Thank you!
nchngoc Ask your computer administrator to set your default play device to None. Then if anything other than IMS attempts to play it will not play out the sound device.
