I downloaded Switch free version and used it to convert several RealAudio files to mp3. It worked fine, but when I tried to use it on another day, I received an error message, and have continued to receive that message ever since.
If the free version is not designed to cease functioning after an initial trial, would not Switch Plus also produce an error message?
The message reads: "Conversion of the file has failed. Please see http://www.nch.com.au/acm/support.html for possible answers to the problem".
All suggestions appreciated.
