Transfer of software

I own a license of Zulu and want to transfer the software to another computer, I will not be using the old one. What is the process and do I have to buy another license?

Hello,

When you installed and registered Zulu you were prompted to back-up/save the installer. That along with the registration code you received after licensing the software is all you need to re-install on your new system. if you cannot locate either you will need to contact NCH Support to retrieve it.

You can find the NCH Software support channel here: http://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html

I have tried to download onto another computer and register, but the registration code is apparently for an older version, I WANT the older version, the one I paid for, I do not want to buy a new registration for a new version.

How can I get the old version so I don't have to pay again?

If you don't have your original installation file, please contact the Zulu support team at http://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html?software=Zulu and they can direct you to the version you purchased.
