[deleted] Hi. I was so impressed and incredibly happy when i scanned a drive with problems and suddenly i had all my thousands of pictures and music files back 😃 ! I recovered the ones needed for a project immediately Today I made some time to recover all the others but to my dismay the scan is not finding a third of what it found yesterday ? I did a scan with other software and all the files that is missing is still there? (Will cost me a fortune to recover that if i used the other software ) Can some one please advise? Very impressed with NCH so far
Carl_in_WA I have contacted the "Technical Support". I will definitely purchase this and recommend it if this glitch will be sorted.
