I downloaded the free version of Switch 1.05. I used it and everything worked perfectly. I converted several audio files from RealAudio to .mp3, then closed down my computer and took a break.
After a couple of hours I returned to the computer and intended to continue converting more of the files to .mp3, but alas, Switch would no longer work.
Each time I tried to convert, I received this message: "Conversion of file has failed. Please see http://www.nch.com.au/acm/support.html for possible answers to the problem".
Well here I am. Also, I uninstalled and reinstalled Switch but got the same error message. Please help. I went from being awestruck to total depression. Thanks.
