have tried to reach them at tech support but no answer.

Solution is to forget that space key exist. if you are creating a new product or customer, use text edit and copy paste into Express invoice.

works for me with only a few crashes.

tryglut- When and how did you submit a ticket to us, I would like to see if I can find it to get your specific issue answered. I looked under you e-mail address but do not see that you have contacted us about this matter.
