Hello,
I have a video clip that I wish to mark some objects on it ( can be a circle or an arrow or whatever) and show some comments on the screen (a comment box or something alike) focusing on it while it is moving. Can video pad free do it ? If not, Is there a good alternative software for that ( I prefer free version) ?
Thanks
