Slow loading photos off website

I have created my first video that combines stills and photographs with animation clips. The video plays properly as an Mp4 on my desktop, but incorrectly on my website. The stills and photographs are slow to load, often 10 seconds behind the audio track.

I have cropped all stills and photos to 16:9 (768x432) as is the frame size of the container. Also I have downsized these components using Photoshop's Save to Web. Photos are generally 60 to 100 kb presently. I am using JW Player as my website video player. The video is approximately 15 mb in length and experimenting with different amounts of reduction of the stills and photos does not seem to alter overall file size of the video.

I assume that the problem is my lack of knowledge, not something wrong with either NCH Video Pad or JW Player. Can anyone clue me in on what I am doing wrong. Here is the site:

(Also I need to figure out how to make this Mp4 progressive, but that's in the next phase of problem solving.)

Wait...what...you're using photographs that are in another location, on some other web site?

Just taking a shot here, but all your clips, and all your photographs--everything--should be in the same folder on your own web site.

There's more: Never mind the 16:9 ratio, the photographs and the clips must be the same size, right down to the pixel. If not, then JW Player would have to do an on-the-fly conversion (if there is such a thing), and this would sure enough slow things down. A lot.

Sorry if I've misunderstood your problem, and if I have, then I have no further ideas. But this is the way I understand your situation.
